Post Workout Evening Relaxer

Ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp Herbalife Relaxation Tea
- 118 mL (1/2 cup) warm skim milk
- 236 mL (1 cup) cold skim milk
- 1 Tsp honey
Method:
- Add warm milk or milk substitute to a glass.
- Mix in Herbalife Relaxation Tea and honey until fully and evenly dissolved.
- Use a handheld or other frother to create a froth-like consistency for a latte.
- Add cold milk or milk substitute and ice to the glass.
- Pour warm tea mixture on top of cold milk or milk substitute.
- Stir and enjoy!
